You Are Designed to Thrive

Transformative Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples and Families

I am dedicated to the belief that each of us has a hard-wired ability to heal, grow and thrive: no matter the challenge.

Access to that ability, however, isn’t automatic. When facing significant hardship, conflict or loss our capacity to think clearly, communicate well, and regulate emotion can all but vanish. The experience is not unlike searching for a light switch in a dark, unfamiliar room. You know the switch exists, but the longer you search, the more frustrated and uncertain you become. This is the time and place where you are decisively “not yourself” and often feel the most overwhelmed and alone.

Psychotherapy provides a roadmap out of this difficult terrain. It is a dynamic process that individuals, couples, and families can use to “switch-on” their natural resilience and restore a sense of empowerment and possibility. The only requirement is a commitment to begin. Each path forward is unique. I look forward to guiding you on yours.
